Quiet Equations brings together selections from six interconnected series by Texas-based abstract artist Kathy Elliott, curated by Mattie Lavelle with Curator & Co. Through painting, collage, and works on paper, Elliott explores the balance between structure and intuition, creating layered compositions that invite contemplation and reflection.

Elliott’s work has been exhibited nationally, including in New York City, Santa Fe, Philadelphia, and throughout Texas. She has received numerous awards, including the 2023 Western Federation Juried Exhibition Award of Excellence, and is represented by galleries in Houston, New York, and the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
